I frequently get requests from long-distance followers asking me for help even though they are located out of the city, out of the province and sometimes even out of Canada.  For this reason I have devised a system that can provide ongoing support and information to help get these people on their way to their goals. We have all heard it before, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.  Any fitness goal is going to need to start with your food.  Garbage in-garbage out.  More than 80% of results begin with what you put in your mouth.  You won't change your body if you don't change your diet.  I have helped countless men and women make the most important changes to their food intake and the results speak for themselves. A good body is built in the kitchen.

Every year I see people join their local gym with the best of intentions.  Unfortunately the result is almost always the same.  The lack of knowledge and understanding regarding fitness training leads to frustration and ultimately defeat. Some people hang on longer than others but ususally with little or no results.  There are some very important principles and techniques that must be followed in order to have success. In addition to being a Personal Trainer I also assume the role of teacher in that I instruct my clients and provide knowledge that can last a lifetime.
