I have been an online client of Bindi's and I am very impressed.  The training techniques and workout plan she has provided for me have given me the results I wanted and people have noticed my gains and improvements. I live over an hour drive from her so my only option was to get my training plan and meal plan, and workout on my own using only her knowledge and guidance.  It has been almost a full year now and I still rely on the structure she provides for me.  I would recommend this to anyone who is unable to see her in person. She is a great inspiration and very passionate about what she does.  If you are serious about making a positive change in your health I would strongly suggest getting on her program.
